Chad Burnett

Chad has been a professional chef for 30 years and has run some of the finest restaurants in America. He has been featured on Food Network, cooked for four U.S. Presidents, is a Certified Executive Chef of the American Culinary Federation, and serves on the Board of the World Master Chefs Society – U.S. Chapter. A lifelong enthusiast of hunting, shooting sports, and tactical training, Chad woke up one morning with a complete business plan for a mobile gun care business he believes was planted by God. After months of prayer and financial research, MACS Mobile Gun Care was launched six months later. He left his chef career behind and now serves as Founder & CEO alongside his business partner, Mike Waugh. MACS is in its second year with 35% growth over last year and franchises on the horizon.

Mike Waugh

Mike Waugh is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of MACS – Mobile Gun Care. Before helping launch the company, he spent more than a decade in the firearms industry, advancing from an $8-per-hour retail associate to leading one of the largest firearm retail and range facilities in Texas. When Chad Burnett presented the idea for MACS, Mike recognized a solution to a problem firearm owners had faced for years. Together, they have built a customer-first approach to firearm maintenance and gunsmithing. Mike is passionate about scalable systems, exceptional customer experiences, and building a nationally recognized premium blue-collar brand.
