get in touch

Dan England is a construction entrepreneur, ironworker, proud father, and founder of England Industrial, a company specializing in structural steel, specialty construction, and luxury steel-framed residential development. With more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Dan built his career from the ground up as a union ironworker, welder, rigger, and steel erector before launching his own business. Throughout his career, he has contributed to major commercial, industrial, and public works projects across the Pacific Northwest while developing a reputation for solving complex challenges, leading from the front, and delivering quality craftsmanship.

Beyond construction, Dan is passionate about helping others overcome adversity through resilience, accountability, and personal growth. Having faced significant business and personal setbacks, he has dedicated himself to rebuilding both his companies and his life while advocating for men's mental health, PTSD awareness, and suicide prevention. Through his businesses, public speaking, media appearances, and the Shyt Byrd brand, Dan's mission is to inspire blue-collar workers, entrepreneurs, and fathers to keep moving forward, proving that setbacks do not define a person—how they respond to them does.
