Sean Stroebel grew up in Kuna, Idaho, where he attended school from kindergarten through his senior year of high school. He excelled in athletics until a knee injury during his senior year led him to pursue a different path. After high school, he developed a passion for DJing at weddings, dances, and other events, which eventually expanded into providing entertainment for small music festivals. During this time, he earned his primary income working in the construction industry while continuing to grow his event production business.

A key turning point came when he and his team partnered with a local radio station to produce upscale events, creating valuable industry connections. In 2004, they built and launched a successful nightclub in Kuna while continuing to produce a variety of live events. Through their relationship with the radio station, they were approached to help produce a new music festival in Boise. Although they didn't own all the necessary equipment, they rented what they needed and successfully delivered the event, which quickly became Idaho's largest annual music festival.

That success led to another important opportunity with a live music venue that hosted nationally touring artists. From there, he began working with Live Nation, helping grow the business into the successful operation it is today. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting sports cards, building LEGO® sets, and spending quality time with his wife and their four children.
